RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used ingestible products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Before sending any item, email aura.organics.usa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact aura.organics.usa@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened or used ingestible products, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable, except where required by law. Promotional gifts must be returned with the qualifying order; otherwise, their stated retail value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved.

REFUNDS
We will notify you after the approved return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact aura.organics.usa@gmail.com.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders begin processing quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has begun.
